このシステムは、全国の気象データを簡単な操作でグラフや表にまとめ、日々の業務記録や報告書の作成をサポートするツールです。 This system is a tool that compiles weather data from across the country into graphs and tables with simple operations, supporting the creation of daily work records and reports.

1. 当システムならではの「組み合わせ」機能について 1. About the Unique "Combination" Feature

気象庁の観測所には、大きく分けて以下の2種類が存在します。 JMA observation stations are broadly divided into the following two types:

代表地点（気象台など）： 「天気（晴・雨など）」と「気温」の両方を観測している主要な場所。 Representative Stations: Main locations observing both "Weather (Sunny, Rainy, etc.)" and "Temperature".
アメダス（無人観測所）： 「気温」や降水量などの数値のみを観測し、「天気」の記録がない場所。 AMeDAS (Unmanned Stations): Locations that only observe numerical values like "Temperature", with no "Weather" records.

💡 天気は「代表地点」、気温は「現場近くのアメダス」 💡 Weather from "Representative Station", Temperature from "Local AMeDAS"

現場により近い場所（アメダス）の正確な気温データを取得しようとすると、気象庁の仕様上「天気」が空欄になってしまいます。 If you try to get accurate temperature data from a location closer to the site (AMeDAS), the "Weather" will be blank due to JMA specifications.

そこで当システムでは、「天気はエリアの代表地点から」、「気温は現場に一番近いアメダスから」というように、別々のデータを全自動で組み合わせて1つの表にする高度な処理を行っています。
※画面上部には、どの地点のデータを組み合わせているかを示す「注釈（メッセージ）」が常に表示されるため、報告時の根拠も明確です。 Therefore, this system performs advanced processing to automatically combine different data into a single table, such as "Weather from the area's representative station" and "Temperature from the AMeDAS closest to the site".
*An annotation indicating which locations' data are combined is always displayed at the top of the screen, making the evidence clear when reporting.

2. 基本的な使い方（操作手順） 2. Basic Usage (Operation Steps)

特別な知識は一切不要です。以下の順番で選択・クリックするだけでデータが完成します。 No special knowledge is required. The data is completed just by selecting and clicking in the following order.

全国エリアを選ぶ
一番左のメニューから、調べたい都道府県や地方を選択します。 Select Area
Select the prefecture or region you want to check from the leftmost menu.

観測地点（気温を測る場所）を選ぶ
左から2番目のメニューに、選んだエリア内にある観測所が自動でリストアップされます。現場に最も近い場所を選んでください。 Select Observation Station
Observation stations within the selected area will be automatically listed in the second menu. Please select the location closest to the site.

年月を選ぶ
調べたい「年」と「月」を選択します。 Select Year and Month
Select the "Year" and "Month" you want to check.

「データを取得」ボタンを押す
ボタンを押すと、気象庁から自動でデータを取り寄せ、数秒後にグラフと一覧表が表示されます。（※平均気温のグラフには、視覚的に分かりやすいよう数値を印字しています） Click the "Get Data" Button
Click the button to automatically retrieve data from the JMA. Graphs and tables will be displayed in a few seconds. (*Numerical values are printed on the average temperature graph for visual clarity.)

3. 提出用PDFの作成方法 3. How to Create a PDF for Submission

表示されたグラフと表は、そのまま報告書や添付資料として保存できます。 The displayed graphs and tables can be saved as they are for reports and attached documents.

データが画面に表示されている状態で、上部の「PDFとして保存」ボタンをクリックします。 With the data displayed on the screen, click the "Save as PDF" button at the top.

印刷画面が開きます。この時、操作ボタンなどの不要な部分は自動的に消え、グラフと表だけが綺麗に清書された状態になります。 The print screen will open. Unnecessary parts such as operation buttons will automatically disappear, leaving only the graphs and tables cleanly laid out.

送信先（プリンターの選択欄）を「PDFに保存」などに変更し、保存ボタンを押してください。 Change the destination (printer selection field) to "Save as PDF" or similar, and press the save button.

4. データの正確性のご確認（照会について） 4. Confirming Data Accuracy (Inquiry)

表示されているデータと気象庁の公式発表データが一致しているか、ご自身で確認（照会）したい場合は、インターネットで「気象庁過去の気象データ検索」と検索してください。 If you want to check yourself whether the displayed data matches the official JMA data, search for "JMA Past Weather Data Search" on the internet.
